Booking & Pricing
▶How does the booking process work?
After your booking inquiry, we will send you a rental contract. The booking becomes effective when the signed contract is received and the deposit is transferred to our account within 30 days.
▶What is included in the rental price?
Included in the rental price: electricity, heating, cooking power, underground parking space, radio, television, internet connection (10Gbit/s Fiber) and all tourist taxes.
▶What additional costs apply?
In addition to the weekly rate: CHF 150.- for mandatory final cleaning upon departure and CHF 28.- per person for bed, kitchen and towel linen. The oven must be cleaned, otherwise we charge an additional CHF 150.-
▶What are the payment terms?
Deposit upon contract signing within 30 days. Final payment at least two weeks before rental begins. Bank details will be provided with the rental contract.
▶What happens in case of cancellation?
If the tenant cannot take the agreed vacation, they remain liable for the rent, unless alternative rental during the intended rental period is possible. We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.
Check-in & Access
▶What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in (rental begins): from 4:00 PM. Check-out (rental ends): until 9:00 AM on departure day.
▶What do I need to consider when departing?
Please return the keys according to the instructions. Empty the refrigerator (except sauces, mustard etc.), load breakfast dishes into the dishwasher and start the auto program. Dispose of trash and leave the apartment broom-clean.
Amenities & Features
▶What are the apartment specifications?
Apartment C15 has 80 m² with 3 rooms for maximum 4 people: living room with kitchen, 1 master bedroom with 2 beds, 1 children's room with 2 bunk beds. An underground parking space is included. The elevator goes up to the 2nd floor.
▶Is WiFi available?
Yes, high-speed WiFi is available free of charge. Access credentials can be found in the apartment.
▶What TV options are available?
The apartment features a 4K television with Apple TV 4K. You have access to all popular streaming services including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, Apple TV+, and SRF Play.
▶How does the music system work?
Music and radio can be played on the SONOS speaker. Connect your device to WiFi, install the Sonos app and select 'Connect to existing system'. With the PURE system you can play music CDs or listen to DAB radio.
▶Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, bed, kitchen and towel linen are included in the price of CHF 28.- per person.
▶What is available in the kitchen?
The kitchen has a basic stock of spices, tea, coffee etc. that you are welcome to use. In the sideboard next to the dining table you will find a raclette oven and all utensils for fondue.
House Rules & Important Notes
▶Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not permitted.
▶Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, including e-cigarettes.
▶How many people can stay in the apartment?
The apartment may only be occupied by a maximum of 4 people. Subletting is not permitted.
▶What applies regarding quiet hours?
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM both in the surroundings and in the stairwell and apartment.
▶May I open the skylights?
The skylights must not be opened in winter (snow and snow water). In summer, the skylights may only be opened in dry weather.
▶What do I need to consider regarding cleaning?
Please leave the apartment broom-clean. Pans must be cleaned, the oven must be clean (otherwise CHF 150.- surcharge). The same applies to removal of heavy soiling. No objects may be thrown into toilets and drains.
▶What happens in case of damage?
The tenant commits to protect the premises and inventory from damage. Damaged or unusable items must be replaced. Self-inflicted damage or heavy soiling is borne by the tenant. Please report damage immediately.
▶What restaurants are nearby?
For dinner, we particularly recommend Restaurant Alpenrose, Hotel Maria, and Restaurant Gigers. More cafés and restaurants are within walking distance in the village center.
